While the idea of favors might get trumped on the "To Do" list by Venue, Food, Games, Gifts, Theme etc... they are a nice touch and sweet way for the Bridal Party to thank the guests for supporting the Bride. Looking for something special to spice up your Valentine's Date night? Here is a sensuous drink with a beautiful mix of flowers that is perfect for Valentine's Day or any romantic occasion. The Blushing Geisha is light on the alcohol but the bouquet is anything but light. In here we have a mix of the complex flavors of TY KU sake liqueur (aphrodisiacs included), luscious pomegranate juice and rose nectar for a little herbal sweetness. Mix it up with your special someone and watch the sparks fly.

 

Blushing Geisha Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 2 oz TY KU liqueur
• 1 oz pomegranate juice
• 2 oz Sence rose nectar
• lime wedge for garnish

Preparation:

1. Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.
2. Stir well.
3. Strain into a stemmed glass or over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Snow Storm Martini
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz. White creme de cacao                                                                                                    Crushed ice

*Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. add ice, stir to chill and strain into your Swank Martini Glass filled with crushed ice, or fresh snow if the weather permits. Top with a sprinkle of shaved dark chocolate.

I recently visited Paris and fell in love with French music, French architecture, French culture, but most of all (and who won't agree with this?) French food!
